Please upload the completed file under the “My Uploads” section of your account. In order to prevent delays to your order, please send us the completed template on or before proof approval.
The number of guest addresses you wish to have printed must be confirmed at the time you approve your proofs (this is when your account balance is processed). If you do not wish to pay for all of your envelopes printed with guest names & addresses, please confirm the actual number of guest addresses in your file on your proof set for “Guest Addressing”. It is not necessary to have the completed file uploaded at the time of proof approval – only the number of guest addresses needs to be confirmed at this time.
You will receive the same number of envelopes as invitations (plus a few extra). If you do not have all of them addressed, the difference will be provided as blank envelopes with your return address printed on the back flap.
Credit card transaction fees and rates are high. Therefore, The Green Kangaroo will not process refunds for files containing fewer “Guests” than the customer’s confirmed qty (determined at proof approval). If the file contains more “Guests” than the confirmed qty., the charges will be added to the order invoice and charged prior to shipment.
