Proof Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, and to help make sure this happens, we are happy to provide up to 2 complimentary proofs for each and every item that you buy! These “proof sets” are typically defined as the “first” and “final” set of proofs, with one round of revisions in between. Additional revisions/proofs can be provided at the customer’s expense. $25 will be charged for every subsequent set of revisions (and resulting proof sets) requested after the final/2nd proof has been sent. If subsequent requests involve more than 10 changes to your set of proofs, you will be billed $50 for the revisions and resulting proof set.

To maintain our exceptionally high standards for quality and customer service, it is important for our customers to honor our proof policy detailed below. To avoid any additional charges, please make sure that you are familiar with our process. Print production will not begin until we have received your approval.

  1. When your order has been processed, you will receive a welcome email from our Customer Service Team containing a username and password to access our online Proof System. For your convenience, you can change the password that has been assigned to you at any time.
  2. Within 1 to 2 business days, you will receive a 2nd email indicating that your first set of proofs are ready for viewing (orders for custom maps may take a day or 2 longer). To view our proofs, you will need Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
  3. When your initial design is complete, you can download and print your proofs for review. Please make revisions in the space provided for each piece and do not submit your revisions until you have a complete list of items that need to be changed. If you are not 100% certain and completely ready to send your revisions back to the Design Team, please save and come back to them at your convenience.
  4. If no revisions are necessary, please click “approved as-is”.
  5. Once you submit your changes/revisions to TGK, our Design Team will generate another round of proofs for you. You will receive a new email any time a new proof set is ready. If you submit revisions afer you have received your 2 complimentary sets of proofs, additional fees will likely apply.
  6. Again, we encourage everyone to review their final proofs with great care. Once we receive PROOF APPROVAL for all items in your order, you are all set!

Under no circumstances will The Green Kangaroo proceed with an order without an approved proof.
