Proof Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, and to help make sure this happens, we are happy to provide up to 2 complimentary proofs for each and every item that you buy! These “proof sets” are typically defined as the “first” and “final” set of proofs, with one round of revisions in between. Does it cost extra to receive additional proofs?

To maintain our exceptionally high standards for quality and customer satisfaction, it is important for our customers to honor our proof policy detailed below. Print production will not begin until we have received your approval.

1. After placing your order, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days indicating that your first set of proofs are ready (orders for custom maps may take a day or 2 longer). To view our proofs, you will need Acrobat Reader. Download Acrobat Reader
2. You can log on to your TGK account to download and print your proofs for review. If no changes or revisions are necessary, please click “approved as-is”. If changes are necessary, please make revisions online in the space provided for each piece.
3. Once you submit your revisions to TGK, our Design Team will generate another round of proofs for you and you will be notified via email when they are ready to view.
4. Again, we encourage everyone to review their final proofs with great care. Once we receive PROOF APPROVAL for all items in your order, you are all set!

Can I change my pocket, paper or ribbon selections after I order?

Under no circumstances will The Green Kangaroo proceed with an order without an approved proof.
