Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds will be considered on an individual basis at the sole discretion of The Green Kangaroo, Inc. Cancellations made before proof approval will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total purchase price – or $100.00, whichever is less. Orders cancelled after proof approval will not receive a refund.

Liability

We trust our clients to make sure that their spelling, grammar, colors, and all other printed content is correct in the proofs they receive. Clients are responsible for making any and all necessary corrections before indicating their approval to send the job to production. The Green Kangaroo, Inc. can not be held liable in any way for errors in spelling, grammar, color and all other printed content once the proof has been approved by our client. Customers are obligated to pay all original and additional costs in the event that an order needs to be reprinted due to errors that existed in an approved proof. Reprints will be discounted at 35% off the original purchase price. However, the cost of reprints is in addition to the initial order placed, and the costs associated with it.

Custom Design Fees

For custom designs, the custom design fee is charged when a client enters into an agreement with The Green Kangaroo, Inc. to create a custom design. 50% of the fee will be credited towards the order once the client selects their final design and places an order for it. The design fee is non-refundable for those individuals who decide not to place an order after their custom design(s) has been created.

Variations

Due to the artistic content of our designs and the natural origin of many of our materials, there may be some slight variation from piece to piece. We may use a different printing technique to produce a sample than we use to produce the final product. This may result in some additional variation between the initial sample received and the final order. Print and assembly techniques used in the actual “production” of a final product yield a superior result to those techniques used in the “sample process”. All of our products are individually inspected against the highest quality standards. If, for any reason, a client is not satisfied with his/her order, he/she should contact us.

Product Selection & Offering

All prices, product designs, and their accessories are subject to change without notice. If a client has ordered a sample or expressed interest in a design that is no longer available, he/she should contact us directly to fulfill an order.

Advertising and Marketing

The Green Kangaroo, Inc. reserves the right to use any and all products designed and produced by its staff for advertising and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to using customer testimonials and customer designs as product samples, in photographs and in advertisements. This applies to all marketing and advertising by The Green Kangaroo, Inc. both online and in print. If a client is opposed to any aspect of his/her design being used in this manner, he/she must notify us in writing.

All designs and graphical representations of printed materials created by The Green Kangaroo, Inc. are the sole property of The Green Kangaroo, Inc. The products and content represented on www.tgkdesigns.com and in printed marketing material may not be reproduced in any fashion without the express written consent of The Green Kangaroo, Inc.
