Rush Orders

Our rush schedule and associated fees are stated below.

• Save-the-Dates and Wedding Stationery (programs, menus, placecards, etc.): 5 to 7 business days – $75
• Signature, Frugal and Pocket styled wedding invitations: 7 to 10 business days – $125
• Couture Invitations: 11 to 14 business days – $125

Please note the following:

• In the rare case that we may have trouble meeting your Rush request, you will be notified when your order is confirmed (before any production begins).

• Expedited shipping (anything other than UPS ground) will incur additional fees. If you would like expedited shipping, we will provide you with a quote of the available options at the time your order is ready to ship. For your convenience, you may pre-authorize an add’l dollar amount to be used for the fastest available shipping option without going over your authorized expense.

• UPS Ground shipping is free on all orders of $1300 or more. This does not apply to rush fees, shipping itself, or tax. (For example: If your order for invitations is $1200 and you apply a rush fee of $125, making your total $1325, shipping would be calculated based on the $1200 order amount and you would not qualify for free shipping.)
• If your order is $1300 or more, The Green Kangaroo will apply a credit of $30.00 towards any expedited shipping option. (For example: If you select Overnight shipping and it costs $80.00, you will be charged $50.00 after the credit.)
• Even for a rush order, we still require proof review and approval before we move into production.
